Overview
Lancôme's Passport to Happiness is a seasonal, themed seminar series designed to engage and educate Beauty Advisors in a vibrant, immersive format. We developed and conceptualized the entire virtual training platform and in-person watch party materials, delivering a fresh and innovative approach to Lancôme’s internal training experience.

In 2023, the third installment, Night at The Louvre, was a highlight of the Passport to Happiness virtual and hybrid series. This seminar focused on core product training for the holiday season and included a custom pre-event website, a live broadcast, and select in-person sessions across key markets, creating an engaging and dynamic training experience for Lancôme’s Beauty Advisors.
